Can I request a refund?
Since we offer non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is delivered. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.
However, we realize that exceptional circumstances can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply. Since we want you as a customer to be satisfied with the services we provide, under rare circumstances and at the sole discretion of SEOS.com.ph, refunds may be provided, within the first 3 months only.
